How is fuel petrol policy?

Our fuel policy is same-to-same. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it had at the time of collection. This policy applies when the vehicle is returned to our Kallithea office or at the airport, where the fuel level can be checked upon return. If the vehicle is returned without the customer being present, for example at a hotel, Airbnb or another agreed location, with the keys left at reception or at a pre-arranged point, a €100 fuel deposit will be required at the beginning of the rental. The deposit can be provided in cash or by card. The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle has been checked, provided that the fuel level is the same as at the time of collection.

You are welcome to pick up the car from our office at the airport https://maps.app.goo.gl/2AfA3mEYp6atXqjp6 Please note for your best service: in case if you have a heavy luggage, please let someone of the main drivers to pick up the car from our office, otherwise be kind to INFORM US IN ADVANCE to pick you up from the “arrivals” hall.

For reservations from 1/5 to 31/10 deposit is required! The rest of the amount is to be paid on the arrival by cash or card.

For all car categories you do not need a credit card or a guarantee!The insurance is 100% full and you do not have anything extra to pay in case of damage or accident and for this reason you do not need a credit card or the commitment of an amount. It is fully covered and there are absolutely no hidden charges!

The process of renting a car was very easy & simple. The prices are very reasonable (Certainly cheaper than the global car hire companies or the cars offered by the hotels) - It took less than 10 minutes before we were driving away in a lovely clean car. (I think all the cars here are less than 18 months old - and they are all spotlessly clean) The staff were very friendly & helpful. Handing it back was just a case of handing the keys over. A very efficient & pleasant service indeed! Highly recommended.
